they sound great, comfortable to have in (make sure your inserting them correctly.) theres instructions on the inside of the lid in a small little box thing on how to get them to sit right. the battery life seems to be great as well. i have had one in all day at work. surprisingly they came fast as well. the bass sounds deep, doesnt drown anything out either. the noise canceling is nice when ya wanna just jam out. ambient sound is nice for when you want to pay attention to surroundings and jam out. you can control all of it through the galaxy wearable app

Awesome buds!

They arrived as new. No appearance of any prior use. These beans work great and live up to the enthusiastic reviews however I had to buy aftermarket bigger ear tips because the Samsung provided (3 sizes in the box) ones didn't fit correctly. Samsung does not make bigger ear tips.

This is an imported item, not sold in the US by Samsung, however it is identical in every detail to the US serialized items. The serial number indicates this when checked with Samsung, who, only when contacted directly would activate a US warranty (one to one communication).

The shipping was fast and the Samsung packaged item was cased in a corrugated carton taped well.

The price is right, the product's good for sure, and I think that this was a smart buy. I think these folks did a fine job.

I realize these earbuds are not in every persons price range but I chose to splurge this time.  I have always purchased buds that were in the $30- $70 range. I'm so glad I purchased these. My first impression was how great the sound is. The noise canceling was fantastic.  I also loved the ambient sound option that they offer. It brings the music I play on my phone to a higher level. I did find that when I talked to someone in the noise canceling mode it was still difficult to hear them. But over all I would tell anyone that if you want to splurge on some high quality buds you would not be disappointed with the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

Worth the money

Great buds, just not a great fit. The sound quality is superb as well as the look and app integration, yet the fit for me just isnt great, especially upgrading from the buds plus. If you're planning on moving around a lot and worried about a bud falling out, definetly go for the Galaxy Buds

So Close....

I ordered the silver buds and i did get them but they came in the purple case ? and the case feels used and very loose. it came with everything i expected like instructions. when i did start opening the packaging it smelled like someone tried to sanitize the buds. it didnt have that new tech smell it very much smell like sanitizer or somthing. but im very certain mine are used. im somewhat disappointed because i was expecting brand new buds but at least they work i guess.

Well to be fair Samsung is my favorite brand but stay away from this buds pro cuz they hurt ears and they don't stay on !! And when i use it for phone calls ppl complain about my voice clearness !!
I hope they make better quality or they discontinue this one !!

READ IT  BEFORE PURCHASING IT !!!

I did not recive the offical Samsung Galaxy buds pro i was expecting but a copycat instead. The buds did not connect with my phone easily nor to the samsung wearable app. I couldnt use ambient sound or noise canceling. The pictures compare my old buds (chewed by my dog) to the ones that I bought here. The case for this product is more matte than the offical buds. The individual buds are also missing the L and R labeling.

WARNING! FAKE BUDS

Buyer be aware, this was not from Walmart but a third party sold from the Walmart websit. I recieved these in an unopen package which was a brand new samsung certified box. I did alot of research on the marketing brand and found they had a lot of good revews and my galaxy note 9 would pair good with these buds. But it could have been a faulty pair of bud pros. The right ear bud did not work with touch as well and the pair would not sync with the galaxy app which is odd under the Galaxy Wearable app. My galaxy frontier smart watch, Buds Live, Tab S6 and Watch Active is connected to all my devices from my tablet and phone under smart things. The only thing could be causing this is a clone. These Samsung buds pros could be a copy of the original buds. The fact that I bought them from a third party makes me question the orthinticy of the ear buds and I can't connect to my app like the rest of my devices which is all samsung product. I returned them and repuchased another pair from BestBuy. I will finish this rating after I get the other pair. Thanks!

Walmart Third Party Sales. Orthintic or clone?

I purchasesd as a gift for Christmas they stopped working 2 weeks later. I was told they were part of a bad batch and was offered $20 partial refund as it was out of the return policy.  I would avoid buying anything from the seller. They basically know the ear buds are a Lemon and they won't replace or refund. Most places extend their return windows for the holidays.

Don't Purchase they are Lemons

Bought after I tried another pair though Costco. There was a HUGE difference between them.. sound quality, weight of changing station and even my SAMSUNG phone had issues syncing with them.  The ones from Costco synced immediately.

Buyer Beware.  You get what you pay for which isn't real Samsung earbuds.
