Great shoe for beginners and more advanced runners. I typically wear a size 9 to 9.5 shoe and purchased these at a size 9.5 they are pretty snug so if you want a more comfortable loose fit I would recommend going a full size up.

Coming from the Pegasus 36, these are a nice upgrade. True to size gives me a nice snug fit. I usually keep them loose lace for a little extra space and style. I also run with them loose laced and they hold up well.

I start to practice running using this oair of shoes. It is very comfortable for running. Itired runing half an hour today and these shoes are great
