Every burner I am using it it get stain(white film) So I use cooktop cleaner (Cerama Bryte ) recommended by the same person who sold the range for me and I used warm water and dish soap with paper towel it still same issue even the white ring peels. So I called Homedepot and LG customer service but non of them solve the Issue even though I have 5-year warranty and the LG customer service said the are going to charge me if he send the technician is gonna charge me. So it is last LG product I will buy even I will say to you and everybody I know ... NO MORE LG

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wifi? I wanted a range with wifi as we often have power outages and I naturally thought a wifi enabled stove would automatically reset the clock when the power was restored. Not so with this range. All wifi does is to send notifications such as when the oven reaches temperature or a burner is on. Handy features, but really? Not even the ability to reset the clock from the app! It needs to be reset from the control panel. This is absurd! Also, while sitting at the kitchen island, it appears as though there is a piece missing beneath the control panel as shown in the picture. This is unnoticeable while standing, but I’ve had a number of people point it out while sitting at my island. Did you forget to finish it LG?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over complicated and obnoxious Just moved into a house with this stove. It’s the worst. I’m making a turkey and it’s taking sooo long and convection turns your temp below what you set it for. When I baste it the oven beeps at me like yes you stupid piece of metal I know the door is open, I’m basting a turkey!! And when I pull the rack out to reach the turkey it scratched the whole side of the oven inside!! Stove top is a joke there are so many settings and I just wanna know what’s low and what’s high. Flat stove top works poorly as well. Buy a gas stove and save yourself some major headaches!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Two failures in less than four years. Bought mine sometime in June 2021. It worked fine for 2+ years. Sometime October 2023 one of the burners started to get stuck on high heat. It is fixed after replacing the rotary switch. In January 2025 one of the surface elements is broken. Unfortunately, having two failures less than four years cannot be described as quality. The part costs almost 1/3 of the oven price. I am considering to replace it with a different brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inferior range I bought this oven a year ago. Two different technicians assessed it and changed major components within months of using it. The problems persisted after each 'fix'. Uneven cooking temp: the top half is much hotter than the bottom - a 20degree difference which apparently is within the manufacturer's standard. Anything in a rectangular pan needs significantly more time to cook than usual otherwise the middle isn't done. By the time the middle is done, the perimeter is dry and overbrowned (lasagna, sheet pan cakes etc). Inaccurate preheating temperature: the range indicates it's preheated to the specified temperature but it never is. Apparently there is no bottom element. Only one at the top and a very small convection fan at the back that doesn't appear to do much.

The first one had to be replaced as it was damaged in shipping, and then this replacement doesn’t seem to work well at all. If the temperature drops and it has to come back up to temperature, it burns the top of whatever is in the oven. The lights are always on saying the burner is on and hot. The fan doesn’t seem to work in the back to turn it on. It’s just not great and I’ve had nothing but trouble from the place I bought it from in regards to a replacement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK-'Ish'-expect repairs Bought this 2 years ago and bake element has gone- doesn't hold temperature. It is internal through the back and insulation so the fix requires a bit of work. The cook top is extremely hard to clean because of the grooves- manual scraping and chemical cleaners required. Everything else is pretty good. We had previous LG appliances 10 years ago that lasted for years-sold with house. This is our 2nd LG appliance to need repairs c/in 2-3 yrs- Fridge drawer slide broke and air compressor went. But waaaay better than the Samsung Range that cooked itself while self cleaning!

Going through the checks of having a new oven it tells you to turn the oven on to 450 for an hour. Before even getting close to the end of the hour, the stove top gets so hot on top between the elements that you cannot touch it, or you will burn your hand

Yes, I have experienced this the oven being so hot you cannot touch it after being on for over an hour. It has even been after 30 minutes that its been on we have experienced this.

The cooktop surface type for this stove is listed as "radiant". Other LG electric ranges has a cooktop surface type listed as "smooth top" e.g. LSE4611ST What is the difference between a "radiant" and "smooth type" cooktop surface type?

There is a probably an i-opportunity to improve the description; for LG electric ranges they are either Radiant Smooth Cooktops or Induction Cooktop. In the case of Electric ranges the burners are radiant and the cooktop is smooth.

Yes, the chimes (beeper volume) on the LG Range Model #LREL6325F can be turned off. To adjust the beeper volume or turn it off: 1) Press the Settings button repeatedly until "BEEP" appears on the display. 2) Use the keypad to select Hi, Lo, or OFF for the beeper volume. 3) Press START to confirm the setting.
