Best headphones I’ve had so far. They are really comfy and fit nice. The audio sounds amazing and the quality feels nice!

They work great!

I purchased these for a teenager, my Nephew.. He loves gaming online, he does High School Esports and he is rough with the Cord Headphones. It was a Birthday Gift, he was surprised for sure. He mentioned that these are the best headphones he has ever used, he enjoys the fact they are Wireless. He describes them as light weight, can wear for long periods of time without discomfort and is impressed with the sound. He claims he hears better than expected, the enemy sneaks up on him less now. He is real happy with the Steelseries Arctis 7  headphones and recommends them to his friends and online gamers he plays with or against. He gives them a 10 of 10.

Headset is honestly amazing only issue I’ve ever had with steel series is there material that covers the mic cracks and breaks but sound wise and mic quality wise best I’ve ever owned only returned them because I was ready for the big boy AKA the steel series arctis pro wireless

my headphones broke need new o es seen this and now they are mine! :😀 but relly they are awesome. the sound quality is great, use them PS5 make sure to update your headphones on your laptop or pc .

Great headset all around. However don't let the battery go dead otherwise the only way to recharge after connecting it to have to do manual reset but the. Clears all setting. Otherwise headset battery is pretty good just don't forget to keep a charge.

Everything was going great! Then, the headphones randomly stopped charging. 
I bought these on Dec. 2nd 2022 %26 now March 3, 2024, they don't charge.
I dont even know if the protection plan would have even been worth it. Most products break a day after 2yrs. So, now my money is down the drain.

It worked until it didn’t

The mailing box was good so it had to be packed this way! You’re definitely hiring part time seasonal personnel just showing up for the paycheck. Definitely Walmart living up to its reputation.

CRUSHED!

I don't like headsets with mandatory software. The previous model headset's chatmix dial worked without some garbage software. Also the sound the headset makes when you turn it on/off/mute/unmute is really weird and much more unpleasant than the previous model.
