This little lady (LUNA) has been through the ringer with me.  I honestly didn't think she'd make it 1 month. Given the amount of use I give her.  I Love it.  Granted I do mop thoroughly with the old fashioned mop and bucket and vacuum with my regular dirt devil sweeper at least once per week.   Only because my home has very high traffic. Mostly my kitchen floor .  We cook every night.  The floor tends to be dripped and spilled on.  Plus we have a big dog(BULLIE)
Other than that, I can't imagine my routine without her.... 
I just now purchased one for my sister as a house warming gift.  She lives by herself and  has a small dog and 2 cats.  This is going to be perfect for the pet hair.  She won't need to vacuum or mop the old fashioned way again!

Well built

Received as Christmas Present from my daughter. Worked well the first few weeks as far as picking up dog air, etc, but didn't hold a charge then just stopped working all together even after charging overnight. Would leave the dock and sit there. Couldn't even get the mop to work. Tried to return to Walmart in original box, with original receipt, but they said it was  overdue, even after explaining it sat under Christmas tree. Poor product that doesn't last. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

DON'T BUY Especially from Walmart

The box was missing one piece, the mop pad was crumbled into a permanent ball and the brush head had obviously been used and was bent. Pretty sure this was a return and not new.

Poor Packaging or Used?

I liked it at first. I've had it for about 8 months, use it once a week and every time it says it's offline and I have to reconnect it. So frustrating. It doesn't mop the greatest but it was ok. But now it won't charge at all, so it won't do anything. So it's junk now after only 8 months. I'll be buying another brand when I get a new one.

I only used it for two days, and the vacuum reported that something was blocking the wheels.  When I checked, there was nothing.  Don't even turn it on anymore, disappointed

unit doesn't map correctly, it does half a room and then leaves to do a half a room somewhere else and never comes back. since it didn't finish mapping the room i can't set it to scan and clean a region because the vaccum hasn't finished mapping. it's spent 4 battery cycles trying to map my house which is 5 rooms and no hallways.  it also bumps into everything even when the map shows there is a wall. will likely return and stick with the older nova series we have. we need a vaccum we can send to specific rooms to clean and this one just doesn't seem capable.

The battery life is very low. The mapping doesn't work right. It shows a room that doesn't exist. It bumps into to everything.  This is the second IHome auto vacuum I have. I think I will go back to the Nova series. It seems to be the best

This is the worst iHome auto vacuum.

It resets itself deleting all work done to program it, it doesn't finish the job because it turns off, it
Says failed on app, after it is deleted in the app by itself it's hard to add it back, lose wifi connection easily. Habing a hard time to set it up for good, I have tried like 5 or 6 times to autorun it to get the finally map and star scheduling. But something happens and it doesn't do the job. Driving me nuts.

It disconnect erase info in app

I ordered this and wasn't able to experience it because the FedEx employee thought it would be intelligent to give my package to a random person who claimed to be the recipient in the lobby. The item never even made it to my door. I am so disappointed and angry that I couldn't receive my package.

Never received my package

After using in one room, the Luna home vacuum, quit and wouldn't even turn back on!!! I am very unhappy with this product and plan on returning it today!!!
