Quality Control issues
This marks my third attempt to acquire these pants during their sale. Initially purchased on December 6, 2023, the pants I received differed vastly in design and material from what I had anticipated. Despite reaching out to customer service in hopes of securing the correct pair, I was informed that the desired pant was completely sold out.
Moving ahead to February 18th, 2024, I stumbled upon the very same pants on sale once again – the ones that were previously unavailable. With cautious optimism, I placed another order. Typically, I wear a size medium in Eileen Fisher pants, and so I ordered accordingly. However, upon their arrival, I found them to be excessively tight. In response, I reached out to customer service to arrange an exchange for a larger size.
Today, the replacement pair arrived, labeled as "Large." To my dismay, they are much smaller than the medium size I had previously purchased.
I honestly expect more from Eileen Fisher based on price point alone. I will be returning the two pairs and looking at other designers for a similar pant in the future.

These pants are not wide leg. They are tapered.
Just received my order and this pair of pants look nothing like the photo and they are tapered, not at all wide leg. At first I assumed they sent me the wrong pants but the style number matches on both the tag and packing wlip. Will be sending back for a refund.

Rise is not as advertised, unworkable button
These are not high waisted, the rise is only 9 1/2 inches, not 11 inches as advertised, compounded by the waist being rather small, and the button is too large to go through the buttonhole. Very disappointing as the fabric is nice. As a 30 year customer I am going to be frank- these fit/sizing/quality control issues are disrespectful to customers.

Versatile pant
I love the twill fabric and rich texture & black color. The pants are comfortable and versatile to wear.
I will gain a bit of length by dropping the hem (1/2") and also switch out button to slightly smaller size button so it's easier to button and unbutton the pants! All worthwhile minor adjustments for pants that will be worn often.
