AURORA IN CONCERT:
Rising Norwegian folk pop goddess AURORA has won over critics and fans alike with her stunning voice, synth-soaked sound, and spellbinding stage presence. The Scandinavian songstress is the epitome of style, taking the stage in futuristic fashions and rocking platinum blonde hair, but her cutting-edge look takes a backseat to her achingly beautiful vocals and soaring melodies. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Bergen, Norway-born Aurora Aksnes started writing songs at age 10 and was discovered by a management agency during high school after a friend uploaded one of her tracks to a Norwegian streaming site. After releasing the songs “Puppet” and “Awakening” she signed with Decca Records and scored a breakthrough with the 2015 track “Runaway”, which racked up a million views on Spotify and got shout-outs from major music outlets like NME. Her 2015 debut EP Running With the Wolves drew even more praise, earning a Spellemannprisen (Norwegian GRAMMY) for Best Newcomer and propelling her onto the festival circuit. In late 2015 AURORA scored a Top 20 hit in the UK with a cover of Oasis’ “Half the World Away”, another big success that has fans looking forward to her 2016 full-length debut album.
Aurora is by far the most beautiful and unique artists ever. I went to her concert about a year ago, it was the best experience in my life, the memories will forever be kept in my heart. You will definitely be seeing me at her other concerts when she decides to do them.
Aurora is one of the most genuine artists I've ever seen live. Her personality and aura on stage is infatuating and live vocals are identical to her studio music. Can't wait for when she next decides to go on tour. I will definitely be there.
I love Aurora very vastly. Her concert at the summerstage in New York City was absolutely amazing. She has so much energy and you can feel her energy through her songs and even when she just takes a little chat break with the audience. I really love Aurora so much I would truly recommend.

Live vocals? 100/10. Staging? Simple but very effective. Aurora's stage presence is everything, from her dancing to her chats with the audience. When she sang Heathens, I actually think my soul flew out of my body to join heaven.
A day after Uvalde, on a date (05/25) that will be forever etched into Minneapolis MN history, Aurora brought her healing powers to Minneapolis. The socially aware and socially correct Aurora used the even to help people know that we all matter and that we need to find our way to a better world. The set was amazing and imitate as Aurora spent quite a bit of time talking with the audience. Many families with little kids were there, which suggests there is hope for this world. I am looking forward to seeing Aurora again. As I make plans to travel in the near future, I will ensure the trip coincides with one of Aurora's concerts. For me the world became a much better place knowing Aurora was in it.
I loved every moment of this show. The way she takes time to connect with the audience is amazing and her vocals are heavenly. I want to see her again as soon as possible. What a beautiful human being. We love you Aurora!
Both Aurora and Sub Urban did an amazing job! The sound was very good and the set was pretty cool as well, but Aurora's voice... my goodness! So very good live and I loved her energy and that she took the time to get to know and interact with the crowd instead of just performing and leaving. It was wonderful and I would absolutely go see her in concert again.
I didn't have the spiritual journey that some had, but it was a fun concert and Aurora was great to see live. Started out a little slow and her voice was weak at first. After a few songs she was doing fine. Concert set seemed a little rushed like she was ready to head home. Even mentioned that at the beginning. Aurora is more suited to an outdoor venue as her whole vibe is that of nature and life. I would love to see her at a festival someday. The theater acoustics weren't that great but the seating is awesome, not a bad seat in the house. Sub Urban was wild. Overall we had a great time.
A for Angelic.. U for Uplifting.. R for Resonance.. O for Outstanding.. R for Radiant.. A for A+++ I have been listening to Aurora for a few years now and she has become one of my favorite Artists. Her music is uplifting, and positive and her messages meaningful and filled with reminders and awareness.. Having the opportunity to see Aurora live was a uplifting experience. Her music is meaningful and the live experience of her angelic voice and pure energy will enchant you, and fill you up with that beautiful energy. Truly an emotional experience to have had. It is a experience to be felt and will leave you in awe, and inspired.
