The F1 Fitness Tracker provides you with the information you need to monitor your sports performance and personal health in a slim,
unisex design. Encased in a slim bezel with full colour 1” OLED display and an IP67 waterproof rating means you can even go swimming with it.
Amongst many useful features, the F1 is designed to measure your heartrate and blood pressure for a healthy heart. The sports tracker
can track your running and cycling as well as a pedometer reader to count your daily steps. Plus there’s more – once the F1 is paired with your phone it will let you know if you forget to take it with you.

Battery on this is awful takes ages to charge then only lasts 36 hours at most! Has good features like blood pressure and calorie count but not the best I've had.

For the price it is okay. It would be good if the battery lasted more than 2 days. For those who want to cheat with the step count, take a ride in your car and watch the step count go up. This is a shame that it does this. The screen is too small. It would be good for a download of a more enhanced instruction manual. The app is okay, but could do with some more Help.
