Terrible service
Sent me the wrong item twice, second time was after a phone exchange where you were made aware of the issue and guaranteed it would be fixed. When tried to get a fix for the second wrongful delivery, I get some smug lady calling me stupid as if I don't know the difference between an integrated and dedicated graphics card after being on the phone for over 1 HOUR!!!

Quality not so good
Was very disappointed in the quality of the product. Opened it up. Box was in fine shape. Set it up, and then some of the keys fell off and would not go back on. After further inspection, they thin plastic pieces that hold the key in place were not able to hold the keys firmly in place. More keys kept falling off. May be the reason it was discounted and on sale. Sent it back. Very disappointed

Great Performance & a Touchscreen!
This laptop (HP Probook 460 16") works quite well. It's fast and hasn't had any issues thus far. The touchscreen is nice, though I find I don't use it as much as I could, being accustomed to mouse input. I do wish it had a couple more usb ports, and the charging brick gets pretty hot while charging, hence 4 instead of 5 stars. But other than that a great computer. I'm very happy with it.

Problems with my new HP computing system
I haven't even opened the box yet because I need to be able to print some things out prior to changing to a new computer. Unfortunately, I have not gotten my new HP Envy 6100e printer to work yet. Serial number TH4BRFH0YR, Product number 714L5A. I ordered this on June 13, 2025. I am having a problem with the printer to power cable, It is too loose. And the replacement I received was even looser!

Love my new PC, except...
Everything has worked great with my new PC. Very happy with my purchase, except I had to buy a new webcam because the webcam resolution didn't meet my business needs. I purchased this pc specifically for the higher level webcam, but it didn't deliver.

I purchased this product on 12/11/24 and NEVER received a receipt. I took the Care Pack and NEVER received any warranty info. The dates they list on the website are incorrect. In July 2024, I hadn't purchased this notebook. Can YOU send updated warranty.

By adding 2 external LCD monitors, will using the 2 external monitors along with the laptop's built-in screen give me three (3) screens? Could I add a 3rd external monitor and use that instead of the laptop screen?
That would work with the ProBook 460 16 (A3RG0UA). It only has one HDMI output, but it has two USB-C with power delivery and DisplayPort Alt. With the USB-C type ports you could use a dock to connect to multiple monitors, use a screen with USB-C video input, or use a USB-C to DisplayPort cable. This unit would be capable of using 3 external displays plus the display on the laptop for four displays. Thank you for your interest.
