About

Blue Öyster Cult is an American rock band formed in New York in 1967. The group is well known for three songs: The 1976 single "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" from the album Agents of Fortune, the 1981 single "Burnin' for You" from the album Fire of Unknown Origin, and "Godzilla" (1977) from Spectres . The band is a pioneer in heavy metal music both for its hard-edged musical assault and its use of sci-fi and occult imagery.

    Amazing show, in descent venue!!

by Dave on 2/6/24Muckleshoot Casino Events Center - Auburn

Blue Oyster Cult were incredible, they played all the bangers and sound as great as ever. The venue is a giant ballroom, which was fine because we had seats up front, not sure I'd want seats in the back. The sound was great, and the video screens were a good addition. I would definitely go again if I could secure similar seats.

Enjoyed the show. They played a lot of newer songs but still had time for the old ones.

    Bad Vocal Sound

by Sal on 1/30/24Muckleshoot Casino Events Center - Auburn

The Event Center needs to work on the sound mixing. You can’t hear any of the Vocals, only the music. 2nd Concert I’ve seen there and it was the same problem as the 1st.

    Ability to sell tickets

by Penquin on 1/30/24Muckleshoot Casino Events Center - Auburn

I wanted to sell my ticket, because I was unable to make the concert, but was unable to do so due to the venue having control over if I can swll my ticket. Venues shouldn't have the control over if a person wants or needs to sell their ticket they already have gotten there money.

Band was good but not the best arena

by Windrider on 1/30/24Muckleshoot Casino Events Center - Auburn

The band was awesome but the arena acoustics sucks and the stage is tiny not to mention that the camera crew has a lot to learn on how to do close ups and focus on the lead guitars and solo. Light show was poor and lacked any special effects or anything. Seating is bad as you can’t see past the person in front of you. Not the best place to see a concert.

    Great concert, had a blast

    by Lovedude on 1/2/24Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

This is the 4th time I've seen Blue Oyster Cult since 2019 and this was the best show. They'd been off for just over a month so energized and the play set was great. Astronomy, Career of Evil and Harvester of Eyes were all songs unique from the other 3 concerts and 3 encore songs was a nice bonus. I have loved this band since the 80s and the stars never aligned for me to see them live until 2019 and I'll see them every chance I get
