I have been using Fuji cameras for eight years with this app and it's predecessors. I have owned three different models and not once have I had a consistent experience. Some days it will connect. Then it won't connect for a few days. Uninstall, reinstall, reset everything, it doesn't work. Then it might connect two days later. I would never use this camera for professional photography. I used Canons for years and never had problems once they introduced cameras that connect. Just awful.

Slow transfer speed... XT5 and modern Pixel Phone ... How is it possibly going this slow? Is it using some archaic form of WiFi? Also would be great if app allowed programming of film simulation recipes for quick and easy transfer to camera... Even BETTER would be allow import of a standardized preset file to make it even faster! You can have those ideas for free!

Good, NOT great! I have used others & found Fuji to be very clunky. When not in use the app is always running that's bad. When having fun with f&f I use the X100vi & my mobile phone. The Google photo app doesn't recognize X100s raw files I load to a mobile. Thus, I wish Fuji simply asked would you like to download this as a RAW or jpeg? So, I can keep RAW on the SDXC and jpegs on my mobile. Oh, & using non-Fuji printers is another cascade of issues. The remote access seems to work fine & is fun
