Downtown Nobles Island-top 2nd & 3rd floor. Amazing southern sunrise & sunset views & private deck. Monthly rental. 5 min walk to market square, award winning restaurants, coffee bakeries, family activities, shops & nightlife. Located in quite Nobles Island with 2 off street parking at your doorstep. Completely equipped kitchen, Keurig, WiFi, W/D, 2 HD TV's-1 Smart, wine fridge, cozy mattress, lines & towels. This association is quiet, so please no loud groups or late nights, NO PETS
Please no late nights or loud noise. We are seeking long term rentals month to month. We require a good neighbor policy and to follow condo association regulation which require No Pets.
The place is nicely appointed, high end furniture and finishing, cozy beds, memory foam. Fireplace to use with candles only. Top Two floors and space between the units, so its very quite, private inside and extremely close to town and easy access to RT 95.
Parking, the townhouse and back deck.
I maybe in that area to drop off cleaning/other supplies for the unit
Quite neighborhood. Be respectful of the full time residents. No late nights or loud noise.
Less then a mile of 95 at exit 7 and only a few minute walk to town.
You have a mail box and access to dumpster.
- MUST FOLLOW GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY, house rules and community regulations or risk loss of security deposit, fines up to $1000 and early termination of your stay.
- Must observe town's 10PM sound ordinance and state disorderly laws. No late night noise or events. Must keep max occupancy as stated on your reservation.
-NO Pets per condo association
-No Fireworks (sparklers, snaps ok)
- SURVEILLANCE cameras on property
- Must follow parking and trash procedures
- Certain peak weekends, holiday may require mins stay or rate adjustment
- Before Check out, you must strip sheets and start laundry with all dirty linens, start the dishwasher and bring trash to the dumpster down the road.
- Certain stays may require additional security deposits
-Heat can not be set above 75 and ac below 68. Room temperature is 70.
-. Return both sets of keys to the lock box (if missing a set of keys, there is a $25 key fee)
