What's the time limit for returns?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. The return package must be shipped and postmarked within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund.
📌 Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed for items returned beyond this timeframe.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Step 2: Pack Your Items

Securely pack your return in its original packaging, ensuring product tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) are still attached.

If using a return label: Affix it to your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

If using a return code: Simply bring your item to a designated drop-off location.
Step 3: Ship It Back

Drop off your package at your nearest return location.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

Important Notes:

Use the provided return label/code for proper processing. Returns sent through other methods won't be eligible for return shipping fee refunds.

For multiple items from the same order, send them together to minimize return fees.
WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
We accept returns for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liners attached, except for non-returnable items.
🚫 Non-returnable items include:
- Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats).
📌 Swimwear Return Policy: For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and the hygiene liner must not be removed to qualify for a return.

Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package—this is not our return address.

Ensure you are not accidentally returning non-BloomChic items — we cannot send them back.

The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
REFUND TIMELINE:
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Refund Processing Time:
- Credit Cards: Please allow 7-14 business days for your card issuer to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
- PayPal: Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to appear in your PayPal account.
