highly not recommended!!

I received this bag and just noticed that there are some damage areas in the bag. Unfortunately, returning windows are closed it would be great if Macy’s could fix the problem since they are selling Guess brand bag.

Nice design but quality not so great.

Perfect size and like overall but handles are starting to fray after 5 months of use.

poor quality

After 3 months the cording in the handle came loose with no way to stuff it back in, therefore. I get tangled in it all the time and it looks terrible.

Beautiful color and soft material

The purse is so much prettier in person. The color is very vibrant and material is soft and buttery. Material seems durable. Definately recommend purchasing this purse.

Disappointing experience with purchase

Order this item. Never received it and Macy's sent me a red colour large XL dress instead. I returned that and Macy's "apparently" credited amount to some random gift card despite me asking for a refund on the original payment method. It has been over 2 months now, several calls and chats later I still have not received my money back and Macy has not even compensated me for all of this trouble that I went and have been going through. Surprisingly, this has been a really disappointing experience with Macy's, I would have never expected this.
