Rooms, bathrooms and beds very comfortable, clean, very nice.
Would be great if more/different options and at lower prices in the lounge restaurant. More pub food type thing. Also they should reconsider how they manage the flow of people at breakfast - maybe eliminate reservations and just allow first come, first served. Seems to be plenty of room. Remote Location, large scale natural views, some amenities were free
Outdated/broken window blinds, bedroom/bathroom smelled of urine, high price, shower head was stationary and very weak stream, no safety or handicapped railings for older folks.
Spacious clean rooms! Even though older lodge, very well! Great staff and Facilities were wonderful!
Restaurants associated we're very nice looking with great views, but the service especially in the beer hall, was very slow

Location near cross country ski school and rental Friendly staff at restaurant Direct access from our room to the snow, that was fun for our kids
Quality and variety of food We were not offered help with luggage when we arrived for check in, and we had plenty Need to always book breakfast and dinners. If not, they told us fully booked even if the dining room was half empty Property is very nice but a bit outdated
Perfect location and a fine example of a family business who know how to treay their customers
The Breakfast was served buffet style on self serve heated bain maries, the food could have been hotter and we would have preferred plate service.
