What is there not to love about this property from the beautiful furnishings of the lobby, dome bar, and 2nd floor gallery to the extremely cozy bedding with melt into dreams feather pillows.
The hotel was great. It's a historic hotel with charm and style. Room was large and comfortable. Ample food choices and the bar was very nice. The glass dome and suroundings set a perfect mood. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient. The location was convenient as well. A great hotel.

The hotel is a beauty, location, I like the lobby the decoration especially during the holidays.
We stayed 3 nights total, and there was one day that they did not clean our room. The room had everything we needed but we did not like the view. There was a tiny window behind a whole curtain that cover the whole wall, and outside the window there's a little space where people from the 10th floor rooftop bar dispose of their cigarette buds. It did not look good at all.

Barking dog somewhere on the floor where we were staying. Annoying.

Staffed didn’t tell me that the 10th floor had loud music all night Did not receive my free breakfast. The next morning had to pay $40 I was promised to have a free breakfast.
