LikedLocation downtown in El Paso Garage across the street from the hotel for $10, overnight stay. Comfortable bed.
DislikedIn room 436 the windows were to high to be able to look at anything but the sky. Felt like something you would see in a prison. Window frame was covered in dust. General cleanliness was not the best we've seen.

LikedStaff was outstanding for our first visit! Would like to acknowledge front desk receptionist. Both did an outstanding job for our personal visit and stay. Keep up the excellent customer service.
DislikedBathroom door was making a popping noise when you open and close.

LikedStaff were very helpful, and the hotel was one of a kind. Very nice-looking hotel.
DislikedThe pillows were way too soft & the room was very noisy. Every time another room opens their door, it sounds like my door was trying to open. I did not sleep much for the week from the doors banging constant.
