I have found it very helpful being able to sit down to put on my shoes.  I love having it near the door too because it makes it easy to find my shoes.  I was so happy with it I bought another one to use for my walk in closet.

I would recommend!!

I was looking for something to go with the dcor in my foyer this matched it exactly.  It took about an hour to assemble mostly because I wanted to ensure it was tight and sturdy.  There are picture instructions with more than enough hardware.  The only complaint I would have is the assembly of the hinge, once everything else is put together the hinge is difficult to align with the inner board, recommend you have something for the top to rest on while you are attaching the hinge to the inner board.

I like how it fixes perfectly in my front entrance and I can sit on it to put my shoes on. It stores all my hats scarfs and gloves. Fairly easy to assemble but you need to pay attention to which direction the vertical boards are facing.

Perfect

This is a great bench for the price. It was easy to put together, unfortunately the screws broke through the wood when putting the top piece on. Not sure why that happened but reading another review it looks like the screws are different sizes even though the directions say there are 8 of the same size.

Cute, but long screws

I really like the look of this sturdy little rack. I put it in my home gym to keep shoes and small equipment off the floor. Be careful when you put it together. Instructions say that there are 8 screws of equal size, but there are actually 4 shorter ones that must be used for the shelf. When I first assembled it I used the long screws which projected through the top. After contacting the manufacturer, they replaced the top. Just be careful when you assemble and you will have a great little rack.

Makes my home gym neater

This bench actually worked out perfect for shoe storage and a place to sit by the back door. I had to put an extra support right underneath the front center but it even holds my 250 lb boyfriend so it's definitely sturdy. Couldn't be happier.

Perfect size

This is a pretty nice bench. Looks good & feels sturdy.  All the parts plus one extra of each in most cases. The problem was the only instructions included were drawings but written instructions.  That might be okay for someone who works with this type of thing on a regular basis, but I'm a senior female who only assembles furniture very occasionally.  I ran into a problem with the cam bolts not realizing if you screw them in too far the lock will be unable to catch the top of the bolt, and also had a couple of the little wooden dowels pop all the way through the finished underside (even though I made sure to push them 1/2 way in to the holes) so that REALLY ticked me off.  Thankfully no one will see that side of the bench but I will always know the holes are there.  It would have been really nice if they would have explained things like "push the dowels more than 1/2 way in so they don't pop the wood veneer off !"

Needs some WRITTEN instructions

The first one we got was delivered broken, it was replaced quickly!  It is made with cheap material, but for what I needed it for it works.
