Assembly

Beautiful/powerful unit. Installation was relatively simple. Works very well in my room, in the PNW climate. Nice, sleek design. I haven't had it long enough to know the impact to my electric bill.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

I absolutely love the look and size. It fits my space more seamlessly than my previous one. It is a bit noisier than my previous one but cools down much better and much faster. That’s a perfect trade off since the noise level is still quite low. I would like to be able to set the timer to turn on before I return home. Yet again it cools so fast so far it has not been a problem overall. The unit is installed in my basement guest suite so I use the dehumidifier feature more than the cooling one.

Shiny 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner

Very easy setup, delivery was super fast and just in time for the summer heat. Nice quality features, no water pan to empty, remote, timer, speeds and settings. Cooling my main room ~400sf, although it's too loud to be on a call or watch tv, so need to consider how you need to use it.

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. It cools my space of quickly and is easy to use and set up. I’m not sure about the quiet aspects. It’s just as loud as my old one. The difference is I don’t have to drain it and it’s more compact.

Receive it until the day after the temp was a record setter here in Washington !! But it wasn’t your fault we new that it wouldn’t make it in time. But it works great and the price was right so thanks. !!!

We are happy !!

This thing really works great. Its surprisingly quiet, I run it all night in my basement apartment and its super quiet. Cant believe I only paid 300$ for it on sale, great deal. Looks great too. Very easy to setup. Blows out ice cold air once it runs for a few minutes and the dehumidifier works great. Keeps my basement nice and dry. Basement is about 1,200 sq ft. If you run this thing for few hours on low it would probably cool a whole floor of a house, which my basement covers the same space as upstairs. Plugs into regular 115v outlet which is great you can use it anywhere.

10,000 BTU AC

I actually got the 6,000 BTU unit (don't know why it says 10,000 BTU. Despite its small size, it does a good job of keeping the temperature tolerable in a large open area. A breeze to install, even in my problematic window, and I didn't need a hack saw. Highly recommended if your budget is tight.

What a relief!

Bought for sunroom and camper van. Works good keeping both cool. Does cut off before reaches room temp so keep lower temp 65-68 mostly. Do have to drain water from unit every few days as more humidity where I live but comes with drain hose so easy to do.

Quick arrival, cools good

I haven't had much time to test it since I bought it but so far I'm having some trouble with Cool mode. The unit turns itself off and on every 5 minutes and I'm worried about short circuiting. Customer support has been very quick to respond with recommendations, which I will test out. I just don't want to end up only using Dry mode, which runs continuously, and not be able to use Cool mode out of worry for my electrical getting compromised.

I really want to love this unit but I need to test it out a bit more!

Reading all of the reviews about 80% of your customers think this is a great air conditioner. The other 20% have the same problem I am having, an a/c unit that doesn't blow cold and it shuts off about every 15-30 minutes. My room is less than 400 sq ft and I cant get it cold at all. 4 out of 5 working units isnt a sustainable business plan. I missed the return window because I bought it before summer so I could make sure you had availability. If I'm doing something wrong I would sure like some advice for this $400 tower fan. Not happy
