Fast shipping and came undamaged. It is smaller than I've thought but is lighter and easier to use. The settings helps me cook different kinds of rice and soup with a simple press of a button. Highly recommend if you have a smaller family or move around frequently. Very portable and easy for storage. Highly recommended.

awesome cooker!!! i didn't read the measurements right having ordered it on Walmart.com, what i got was tooo small! 8 cups only. but i l9ve it! it cooks, keeps warm, beeps when done cooking! im ordering the bigger 20 cup one

great appliance to have

I purchased this for my sister in law as a housewarming gift. She loved it and said it was the perfect size. It comes with a rice scooper, so that's a plus.

Nice compact size rice cooker!

It is super easy to use. Rinse rice, add water, push the button! So easy and cleanup was easy too! I cooked the full 8 cups of white rice in less than 40 minutes. Perfect time to start the rice cooker first as you cook the rest of the meal! It also comes with a serving spoon and cup. The only con is that it doesn't function super silently. It makes a cooking sound or popping random sound here and there but it's just doing it job so I don't have to worry about it so I don't mind! I recommend it! I'm a Walmart associate.

Perfect for our family of 4!

I do meal prep and needed a bigger rice cooker.  This lets me make more meals at one time. It should save me lots of time.

Upsizing.

The performance of this rice cooker compelled me to write a review which I hardly do. Just after 3 weeks in use, it started malfunctioning! The rice wouldn't cook even if it beeps as it's supposed to when it's done. Several times, I had to COOK it 3-5 times before I decided it's enough and the rice would still be kind of dry at the top but with water at the bottom. Wanted to give it a chance and not return it because I had been using only AROMA rice cooker for like 2 decades and the last one I used before this one lasted for 9 years! Said good bye to it only because the cord had exposed wires, otherwise it was working properly. But this one, I would not recommend anyone to buy it. Also, the coating started coming off within a month despite using a mild dish soap and gentle sponge.

It says 8 cup. Its actually 4 cup size. I was extremely disappointed when I received to delivery. They wasted my time. It should say 4 cup outside on the box. Nothing more or less.

It is 4 cup size not 8 cup

I noticed that after only a month or so of light use, the coating on the inside of the pot started flaking off into my rice. During that time I followed the washing instructions provided and only hand washed lightly. I also did not use any metal implements with the pot, only the included rice spoon. I have since stopped using it because I don't want to end up with a toxic coating flaking off into my food.
