LikedPancakes were delicious. Good choice of juices and pastries. Small refrigerator was added to our room upon request. Also a desk chair. Spa bath was delightful. Room view was breathtaking.

DislikedBreakfast sandwich was not good at all. English muffin was hard and brittle. Pre-pandemic meals were very satisfying. The room was too pricey even with a spa bath and view of the ocean. Should offer AAA or AARP discounts.

LikedThe property was beautiful. Stunning location and beautiful space. Our room was small but comfy. Staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond.

LikedThe staff - Rod, in particular - were extremely warm, friendly and accommodating. Kimberly, in. modifying my reservation, as well, though I had no in-person experience.

DislikedI believe that this hotel - at which my family and I happen to have stayed, several years ago - is badly in need of updating and upgrading of its facilities. My room was quite chilly, and I had to turn the (ineffective) wall heating unit to 73° to get the room near-comforrabke - and sleep w/an extra blanket! Speaking of sleep, I had a great deal of difficulty with that, despite having taken a sleeping med. The mattress also seemed "archaic": too soft, and lumpy-bumpy. Finally, the Inn seems to have a problem generating and maintaining its hot-water supply, which is extremely slow to come on, and variable on e it does.
