I am VERY pleased with this product!!!! The sofa arrived in great packaging with all parts and instructions easily in reach. The instructions are extremely clear and even recommended "team assembly" for putting it together. It took my husband and me less than 1 hour from unpacking the box to sitting on the sofa. The cushioning on the back and seat are very comfortable and this length is perfect for relaxed TV watching( for two). LOVE IT

LOVE IT, WOW

We are beyond thrilled with our new sofa! It is the perfect finishing touch to our formal living room turned library/study. The low profile is just perfect for setting in front of our double windows.
The color (greige) is the perfect neutral and is sure to compliment a large variety of decors/colors. 
The style is modern, yet classic and will blend well no matter what your usual furniture style/taste is. It is also quite comfortable- firm yet cushy at the same time.

The sofa was very simple to assemble and literally took just a few minutes to assemble out of the box. Just a note, the arms are tucked inside to keep the box size as small as possible (SO smart!), just in case you are confused at first. Zinus has absolutely perfected the art of boxed furniture. 
The one and only flaw was that one foot pad arrived detached, but this was easily remedied with some super glue.
I couldn't be more pleased with our Zinus sofa, and highly recommend you get one too if you are considering it!

Beautiful, comfortable sofa within minutes

This sofa was just what I was looking for!  It is not a sink-down-in-and-binge-watch-tv sofa but for our conversation area it is very comfortable and beautiful. Love the mid-century modern vibe and low profile. It is just the right color of grey that looks great with our wood floors. Zinus packages their products very well with excellent instructions and the pieces fit together perfectly. Very happy with our purchase.

The couch is super cute just not the most comfortable, sturdy for two people

Nice for the price!

We love this sofa! My husband took it out of the box and assembly the few parts required in less than 15 minutes! The fabric is soft and elegant looking. The stitching and tucks give this adorable sofa the look of a very swanky, expensive sofa and it looks great in our living room. The sofa combines comfort and great looks which fits what we were looking for!

Og price at 384 I got it for 187. Had I paid 400$ I would have been mad. However, it is a nice couch for what I paid. it is firm yet comfortable enough to relax on. I am 5'4" and I can stretch my legs out fully. I would not all the color I received "oatmeal" at all. It's more of a light grey. Would I buy this again? Yes

Got it on sale...not mad

I decorated my entire living room with the idea of this being oatmeal and it's actually grey. it's out of stock so an exchange is not possible. it's going to cost me extra time and energy and money to redo the entire living room to fit with the grey sofa. I'm so disappointed

The sofa is comfortable, easy to put together, and is cute. Just wish it was longer.

Not as long as expected.

In less than 24 hours the fabric started coming apart at the seams on the seat. This fabric isnt durable at all and grays away from the poor stitching. It looked beautiful but sadly didn't last a day! Was also pretty hard as far as the seat went

Incredibly misleading. Why name your couch “oatmeal” when it is nowhere near the color of oatmeal. It is a great piece to just look at, not sit on at all. Otherwise, it will rip apart just like the other reviews said it would. Not worth it.
