hey were water resistant to point. Definitely not rain pants. I ended up buying a second pair I like them so much. They are flexible enough to role up if you get too hot on a hike. Say in the shoulder season when it starts and ends cool, but gets warm mid day in the sun. I think I wouldn't want to hike in them in weather warmer than mid 50s though. Read Less




Amazing material. Kept me warm in 36 degree rainy east coast outside all day training session with standing around and some riding. Didn't overheat when riding at 50 degrees December.
Stretchy stuff but looks like nice pants.
