This took no time at all to get to my house so was a big fan of that. Was super easy to set up and directions are easy to follow have had no issues with this at all! Have not yet changed setting to try different things (ex hat part bowl mug etc) but so easy to use

Skeptical on brand now

I was happy that my item arrived earlier than promised however, I quickly became disappointed to see all the mug and hat press attachments appear damaged/used. I have to see if they even work or decided on returning it..walmart help??

I only have two months with this machine and the mug one the gripping part broke

Don't buy it

Do not buy!! I bought and few months later stopped working, only was user occasional and short time.. it started to turn off on its own. Very difficult to contact manufacture, its been a joke, they go back and forth asking for videos to make sure is not working, i sent and they sent me a video for me to open machine and fix, I didn't think i should but i did, still not working, they request another video to go from there.. and they take for ever to response, feels like they are wasting my time to see if i give up.. i will never buy anything from them and do not recommend either

Poor customer service and quality

This machine has given me trouble every since I started using it ! The handle is broken ! The screw that allows you to adjust the pressure broke ! The heating plate completely fell down and I can not get it back up! It is completely useless and by far the worse thing I've ever purchased!!

To make matters worse , I have been trying to contact the company (Vevor) for over a week! They asked for pictures, which I supplied and I never heard back from them!

The worse purchase I have ever made!

I did not receive my product. It was shipped to Doc. I provided the tracking information along with a copy of the order from Walmart because it's a third-party vendor I cannot seem to get a resolution I went back-and-forth and said the same thing eight times now I'm just out money and no one's telling me what the next process is Walmart just direct you to them because they're a third-party bender I would never order from this again nor will I order through Walmart marketplace and pay Walmart. However, I don't get any customer service.
