Love this! It smells great and seems to help me sleep. I can't take melatonin because it makes me too groggy the next day. This is a nice alternative. I like to spray it on my bed at night. I enjoy the soothing smell while getting a great nights sleep.

I am in love with dr teals sleep lotion and spray. I use this every night and it never fails to make me sleep instantly. It doesn't stain when spraying on pillows which I have noticed that other brands do. I also spray this on my children after their nighttime bath and they sleep so well. I will continue to purchase this every time I run out.

I love the aromatherapy aspect of this spray.  It's so calming and not overwhelming. You don't need to spray a lot. Paired with the bath oil, a light spray on the pillows will do the job.

I just love all sorts of fragrances and smells, I love perfumes and all kinds of home products, such as diffusers, aroma candles and other things. Sleep spray is not new to me, I've already tried many different ones, now I have a couple. I really liked the appearance of the design, it was it that attracted my attention, I immediately realized what kind of product it was, such dark purple, velvet tones in the design, lavender and chamomile, crescent, everything inspires thoughts about sleep. The main components are indicated on the packaging and in the descriptions, this Melatonin, lavender and chamomile. I liked the smell of the spray very much. wonderful, not to say that some element is very brightly felt, just the opposite, it's a combination of the whole, because I can't single out the chamomile as dominant. The smell is sweet, it smells with aroma oils, something mint, including natural herbs, very warming.

It's so nice to sleep with this spray, the best remedy for me. It envelops and lulls

Dr Teals provides some excellent products to help with relaxation and sleep. This sleep spray is a gentle mist of lavender that calms myself and my children.

My 6month old loves everything about this jumper. She'll literally play in by herself for about an hour until she gets sleepy.

This product smells amazing! very floral but hints of vanilla on the dry down. It has ￼chamomile and lavender in the ingredients which is calming and promotes good sleep. I use this on my pillows and sheets at night or when I want my room to smell fresh during the day.

Smells great and there are many uses for this one product

I love this body/linen spray. The smell is relaxing and not overwhelming. Some lavender scented products give me a headache, but this one does not. I like that I can use it on my body and bedding. I just wish the scent lasted longer.  It's a fantastic dupe for the “This Works” pillow spray at 1/3 the cost.

im not crazy about the smell. also...it doesnt last. if i wake up in the middle of the night the smell is already gone. i havent noticed it help with my sleep or relaxing. i usually use bath and body works sheet spray. this doesnt compare. because of the pricing i didnt expect it to be the same but better than what it is
