Le Mini Macaron Mini Gel Nail Polish Kit - 5ct

The polish super easy to put on (love that it only uses one type of polish). I applied 3 coats and loved how firm my nails felt. It started to chip ~3 days in but very very minor chipping. Most times when the polish chips so do my nails, but so far my nails are looking good!

I did a thin coat as instructed, very hard to get it to go on evenly. Takes so much longer curing the nail individually. Also you have to be quick to cure bc the color shrinks and pulls away from the sidewalls of your nail. Pretty color (fairy floss) though. We’ll see how long it last before chipping.

I put it on and read all of the instructions and did everything it said to do and i cured it and the polish would not cure. I used the UV light it came with and when i cured it for 60 seconds and it only cured on the top i cured the same nail for 120 seconds and it still would not cure.

I absolutely adore this gel set. the size, the color (I got cherry red) and the efficiency in doing my nails. however, after using it for 3 days now, I've had nails peel off very easily every day, so I've had to go in and redo them. I'm wondering if I need to get a base or top coat gel to make them last longer? I'd love some suggestions but for now I'll just reapply them I guess.

Beautiful color, easy to apply. The macaron light however can come apart very easy, but can be put back together.

Honestly very disappointed. I was really hoping to be able to do my nails from home. I already had purchased some gel polishes, and had read reviews and the product website stating that the lamp works on polishes as soon as they are good quality…. Can’t think of a better brand than opi. This lamp did not properly cure any of my gel polishes. I then attempted to use the polish provided with the kit. Also very disappointed. It looks streaky no matter how many layers I’ve done. Honestly would like my money back. Don’t recommend to anyone!

Application wasn’t smooth. The polish pulled to the center of the nail which required me rush to get it under the light to cure. Nails started chipping on the third day. Complete waste of time

Love doing my nails from the comfort of my home! I waited a week to write this review to test the durability of this mani system. Prep is key. I filed the top of my nails, then wiped clean with an alcohol wipe, and cured quickly after each coat. I thought the one nail at a time would be annoying but according to the instructions you need to cure asap, so it wasn’t an issue for me. At the end of one week, I had no chips but the shine dulled a little. I’ll get the top coat next time to keep it shiny! The only downside is that the polish smells a little weird (like rubber?) but once cured you don’t smell it. I’d prefer this over regular nail polish fumes though.

I would give this zero stars. The nail polish is very thick and difficult to apply. It also started to peel off within 24 hours.

The lamp gets really hot at times to an uncomfortable temp. The color is really thin after the suggested two coats. The sun cord isn’t very long so you need to be very close to the outlet while using the lamp. Not sure how long it will last since it’s so thin.

i was a little hesitant to try this kit out, the reviews all over online were very mixed. i'm glad i purchased as this is now the only way i will ever do my nails again. i'm certain the low stars are from inexperience/poor prep work. your nails have to be CLEAN. and the first coat has to be barely there. like, there should barely be enough polish on the brush to cover the nail. it should be a bit of a struggle to get the first coat on. same w second coat. once this is applied, i did have a couple peel off a few days later but who! cares! it takes 3-4 min max to fix 1 nail between quick prep and quick color. also this is only my first attempt so it may have been 1st time user error. the more i work with the polish and brush (which is my only complaint, i wish the end was rounded to make application easier esp w the dark cassis color, but it is manageable..) its now been 9 days and 70% of my original paint job is still there. i do plan to get the builder gel bc i have some ridges and the polish does tend to pool at the end of my nail (thicker than regular polish, again this may just be dt not having worked with gel polish ever) and the top coat since the shine kind of fades a bit after the first few hours. just preference, i would love them to remain super shiny. cannot recommend enough but there will be frustration/learning curve if youre not used to doing your own nails at home.

I like it! The gel doesn't stay on like if you go to the salon, but I almost like that better! it stayed on for 2 days and then I noticed some nails had come off. Great thing is, my real nails were not damaged at all!!! Cute colors & love the stickers!
