Initially, the sheer volume of chair brands and prices left me feeling overwhelmed. However, upon selecting this particular chair, I've been happy  with my decision. The components arrived impeccably packaged, accompanied by clear instructions. It's comfortable with moderate use and has maintained its integrity flawlessly. Given its price point, I strongly suggest considering it.

Great chair for taller adults. I am 6 ft 4 and the chair is very comfortable for my height. The cushioning is just right fir my 215 pd weight and the adjustable lumbar support works well. Also their customer support is very responsive and professional. Happy with my purchase.

They do a fantastic job of managing returns and respond in a very timely manager. With replacement parts. They do a great job managing refunds as well in case things dongo well. Also their chairs are super comfortable but I wish the height of the neck pillow was adjustable. I also wish the balance was better because if you sit too forward, you may unbalance and flip the chair. The stand should be moved a bit forward, other than that, reclining is very comfortable but if you’re wide framed, may find it somewhat of a squeeze.
