Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save Your Money and Purchase a Name Brand This unit was purchase Nov, 17 2021 and has less than 6 hrs on it. Also beware that the return policy with Home Depot on gas powered blowers is only 30days NOT 90days. The auger belt snapped last week, the manufacture did honour a warranty for the belt but not 80$ labour charge. Before you buy do a YouTube search for others that have had the same problem. The man who repaired my unit, once again less the 6hrs of use said these are cheap knock offs of better machines. My last unit lasted 14yrs, these thing are not hard to take care of. Save your money and do not purchase this machine without investigation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly designed/assembled I bought this blower assembled and ready to go. The engine seems strong and light enough to move around easily. Cons- chute will not stay in the direction you put it in. As soon as the blower is activated, it rattles and moves to the position that gravity takes it to. I have to use a clamp to try to lock it in place where I want it. - the blade is either mounted improperly or it’s simply a poor design. It gets stones lodged under the blade, bending the metal housing down and digging into the ground causing endless frustration. Save yourself the headaches, buy something better for a little more money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scrap metal This is my second review of this piece of garbage. Do not buy this machine. My first review mentioned the broken auger control after just 4 uses. Still not fixed. This year we just got our first snow and pulled it out of storage to use. Put new gas in it, drained the old gas at the end of last year, and attempted to start it and nothing. It turns over but will not start. I am not a mechanic I have no clue how to fix this. I don't own a truck so I can't take it anywhere to get fixed. So this is basically just a pile of scrap metal and plastic to me at this point. Did I mention this machine has only been used 4 times. Spend your money on a different product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from poor design after assembling this snowblower I realized that the skid shoes had no adjustment and the scraper plate was sitting on the ground. Eventhough the skid shoes have slotted holes the bolts are at the top and therefore there is no adjustment. This means that the scraper plate will wear and have to be replaced. I called the manufacturer and was told this was a "design flaw" and I would have to purchase scraper plates when they wear out. The photo shows the feet bolts in the middle well that is not the case. Poor customer support

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work out of the box Bought a new one from HomeDepot couple of weeks ago. Assembly was easy, worked fine, but it does not throw snow out. I'm guessing it's either a belt or impeller issue. I have not called support yet and haven't had a chance to open it up to see what's going on. Too cold to do any maintenance work on it at the moment. So much for a new item that requires maintenance work. Product details & specifications are incorrect for this model. It shows the "Assembled Height" as 26 inches which is incorrect and would actually cause you serious back pain. Good that the actual assembled height is 40+ inches.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Snowblower will not stay running..:( I bought this snowblower on sale just over a month ago. We got our first big snow recently and this morning was able to go and give it a try. I was able to start it no problem (no way to control the RPM's) but after about three minutes or so running the engine would stop running. It did this on three to four attempts before I finally gave up and put it back in the garage. I have fresh gas in it and put new oil in it also up to the fill line. Not sure if this is a carb problem or not...but any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I am unable to get this back to the store now as it is all assembled and I am by myself using it. I would say that when it was running it was doing a great job and throwing snow a good distance. I feel this blower has great potential but just need it to run longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage! Ran for 1 winter and now won’t even start I bought this garbage in 2021 it only had seen maybe 4-5 snow cleaning and I put it way for summers and now I was trying to stay ahead of the winter and getting everything in place, it won’t even start now. I contacted the customer service they asked me to do a whole bunch of check offs to find the problem I started with the easiest one the spark plugs the design is so inconvenient to remove the engine cover that my tools won’t reach the places they have bolts on. Save your money and buy anything but this brand products. I even tried to contact the Canadian phone number a few times couldn’t reach anyone on that number.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad quality and design Bought it 2 days ago during black Friday week. Read manual and assembled everything properly. Engine surges and then stops every time after starting for a few seconds. Called customer support, was told this is common issue and even for brand new ones. Carburetor clean is required. However, the design of the thing makes it very complex to disamble the carburetor. Will have to return to store, with a lot of effort for sure. Not recommended at all.

Got the machine in 2020 Dec. Hardly used it 3-4 times.. The machine this season won’t start? How do we fix this

Asked by: Valentine
It's likely that the fuel has just gone flat unless a fuel stabilizer was added. Trying removing the old gas or if there not much in there then just add some new fresh gas..

I bought this snow blower and have used it once. the thrower chute is turned by a crank which is fine, but nothing locks it in place, so ever foot or two it has to be adjust as it vibrates to the side. What do you have to lock it in place.

Asked by: goldenrivet
I’ve had the same issue but have just used a bungie cord to hold the crank into position. Not the best thing, but for the price you can’t beat it.
