This bike is a perfect bike for my 6yo. She initially had a balance bike. She asked for a real bike for Christmas and we chose this one. It's the perfect size for her and should last a couple years. For the price it's perfect.

Great little kid bike

I disliked that the bike came assembled. I didn't want it to be assembled, because it is a birthday present that is 3 months away. I was gonna keep it in the box and then assemble it this summer

The delivery driver was on time and polite.

I thought when I bought this bike it would be in a sealed box it was delivered by a woman and the box was open she actually took everything out of the box layed it on the driveway and took a picture of it.Thank god all the parts were there it was a new bike but no where on my order did it say a opened box.

It was a Christmas gift for my 5 year old, when it arrived it was dirty on the tires, the tinsel on the handlebars were very scarce. When it was delivered the delivery guy dropped it off on my front porch where it could have easily been seen or stolen! It's a Christmas gift, it should have been more discreet or something! I was very unpleased. My 5 year old didn't mind though. She loved the bike and it does ride smoothly

Damaged upon arrival

Bike was delivered in used, damaged, and dirty condition.  Handle bars have large box cutter gash across the front. Bike has clearly been ridden. White wheels were filthy.  Tire has large defect in the rubber.  How many people handled this sale and delivery and caught none of these non-conformities?   Not sure why this bike was delivered assembled.  Thought that was the point of purchasing online.  Definitely don't trust whoever managed, assembled, and delivered this product.

Multiple defects.  Completely unacceptable.

I waited until today Christmas for my child to ride bike and found out the hard way the training wheels are lopsided and the bike isn't balanced.  One wheel doesn't even touch the floor so she isn't able to ride the bike at all.

I  requested the bike be delivered to my front door.  I got an email notification that it was there.  I  ran to door to grab it and hide it from my 4 year old because it's doe Christmas (I  noticed it looked a little worn on he wheels at quick glance but thought maybe the driver just rolled it to the front door, upon further inspection, the bike looks like it was the floor model.  The streamers are cut off and the bike looks used.  It was not brand new.
