I did have a problem with Delivery some pieces were missing and some Damaged.  But Destiny from Kidkraft customer service did replace missing and damaged parts.

The kids love this set.

I sealed it before I put it outside to hope to get some extra years out of it. It's very cute and perfect. The cushions do stain but the stain remover I have did get it out

we are the happy with the product. I had to add a veneer to product the wood from rain/sun for long-term protection & also coated fabric with protection from Sun/fading. Besides this extra work the customer has to do, everything else was fine. 1 part came damaged & we quickly/easily got a replacement part ordered from them.

The set is adorable and my 3 girls LOVE it. It also matches the KidKraft Playhouse we purchased. The only complaint I have is the wood is very soft. My husband put a knick on one of the top boards by accident while putting it together and he was being careful.

Beautiful set but handle with care

Adorable table and bench set.  Parts of wood broken and a piece from table missing. Company will send replacement parts.  Sad that it wasn't ready to go out of box

Wood is unsealed, not ideal for a kids table. The table and benches are cracking in various places after just 1 month of use under a covered patio with no rain. Cushions started to fade immediately.
