I ordered these to wear under dresses because I couldn't find fully cotton layering shorts anywhere. The Bone color will work perfectly even under light colored dresses. But it is somewhat see-through! The material is so soft! and the length is amazing. Finally a pair of biker shorts that are actually long enough on a tall frame. The sizing did throw me off a bit... normally I wear a large but the size chart recommended an XL. I went with XL and I'm glad I did! probably could have gone with large but the XL provides enough compression to wear under dresses while still being comfy.
