    The Cooling Mist from Pause is a great staple for your daily routine. Working to target the feeling of night sweats and hot flushes, it's designed to help provide instant relief that lasts up to one hour after application. Perfect for using at home or on the go, simply spritz on the back of your neck, wrists and chests for a calming and cooling sense of relief.

    Contains:
    • 1 x Cooling Mist (60ml) - enriched with Pause Complex, menthol, false daisy extract and holy basil leaf extract 


    How to use: 
    • Shake well before each use
    • Hold 8 - 10" away and mist on pulse points such as back of the neck, wrists and chest
    • When spraying, avoid eyes, lips, nose and other sensitive areas
    • You may experience intense cooling and tingling, which is normal and temporary
    • Use as often as needed
    • Will not affect make-up or stain clothing
    • It is recommended to perform a patch test 
    • Not recommended for skin compromised by severe dryness and rosacea or after skin treatments such as chemical peels and microdermabrasion
