A: Hi Miles. We recommend using our formula that's designed for use in our cleaners. Rinsing isn't required, but you are always welcome to use water only in the tank. Drying time will be required.

A: Hi JB. This machine works well for spot cleaning furniture, but with foam it's imporant not to oversaturate because th foam will absorbe the liquid. Hope this helps!

A: The formula is concentrated and added to water. You determine how much you put down while cleaning, so we'd recommend filling the clean water/formula tank as directed to clean your stairs.

I save money cleaning my furniture myself. I rated this product 4 stars because it is new for me, to get 5 stars I will need to see how it does over time after several uses.

Worst machine we have ever used. Didn't work half the time. Tried everything and every trouble shooting video. Ended up trashing it because it was so terrible.

I was pleased with the job the green machine did on the stains. I then realized that I had a few other places that could use some cleaning. The dining room upholstered chairs were next. The green machine took a lot of the stains away. I also found a few other places in the home that had stains and this little green machine did the job. I am pleased with my purchase and I am happy I purchased it. I want my house to stay looking and smelling fresh.

I washed 3 couches, and the results are amazing. Dried in about 12 hours completely. Only 1 cons: 1 tank is not enough to wash the couch.i did not wash my carpet yet, but I hope the results will be the same.

This product works great! Easy to use! Great results. Over time, though, it developed a strong mildew smell. We cleaned it thoroughly, but it still wreaks of mildew. That duckbill part just absolutely absorbed the mildew smell—tried E V E R Y T H I N G to get that smell out. Nothing. Nothing has worked. And we are pretty meticulous with our tools/appliances, etc
