Hp Pavilion 360 2-in-1 Touchscreen Laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop was heavier than expected. You can use touch screen both when the laptop is folded over or not. Howrver, I noticed no enter button is on the keyboard when using touch screen. I like the finger print login option that I finally figured out how to do. When setting up for finger print use the flat box next to the mouse not the mouse. I dont like that you only get a free trial for Microsoft software then you must pay $99 for a yearly subscription after the trial is over. The sound is good when playing music or videos. The price was good because of the sale. But its just what i was looking for and got a great deal for this. I will write more reviews as I learn more about it. The battery could last longer once its unplugged. When I went to charge it up from 0% it took sometime to reach 100% which was a drawback for me.

HP vs Dell Laptop
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my first laptop ever at 60 years old, yes, you read that right. After years and years of having my employer-issued laptop for work. I purchased this stylish and capable HP after using a Dell for over 15 years. My decision was based on performance, size, appearance, aesthetically pleasing backlit keypad. And got a hot deal on it during Christmas week. I’m still adjusting to it but I’m pleased after actually purchasing a Dell Inspiron first and not liking how big/heavy it was (ordered online without seeing it first). I’ll use my HP 360 for home email, surfing the web, creating documents (resumes) and eventually sync family pics from my iPhone to the laptop (grandkids!). Only having trouble with TEAM for home - I can’t get to the regular version it keeps dumping me to the school or organization version. I had a TEAM interview recently that couldn’t be done after 30 minutes of trying and calling so we had to resort to FaceTime. I’ve done everything possible to download TEAM for home but got nothing. I’ll have to get technical help from The Geek Squad. Pic shown is my trusty work Dell Inspiron next to my new HP 360. I returned the Dell Latitude that I ordered with no issues. I’m a lifelong Best Buy shopper, they treat their customers right in the highly competitive market of online shopping.

Wonderful laptop!
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop has done wonders for me! Originally, I purchased in for school and it’s gone above and beyond what I’ve needed. It’s the perfect size and I love the touchscreen option. The processor is quick and with 8gb of memory it stores everything i need. The battery life is excellent. The keyboard works well and the mouse pad is large. I highly recommend this PC to anyone looking for something simple and sleek.

Great laptop if you catch a good sale.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this laptop for $500 on sale, so for the price it was a no brainer. It was an uphill battle in the beginning. The computer was blue screening during attempts to run updates about 2 weeks after I got it. I didnt have the Best Buy Plus membership at the tume because the sales associate only pitched it as an extended warranty and not that any work on it would be covered should it need to be fixed. So my frustration was with the store, not the laptop. Management finally made an exception and allowed me to add the plus membership on afterwards. The laptop was fixed and has been working well ever since

Best Laptop for College Student
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best laptop I've ever purchased. It is quick and easy and the size is ideal for carrying around. Kudos to GB! I'm a business accounting major, and this was incredibly simple to use! The only thing I didn't like was that the volume was not loud enough.

Asked by justanswerplz.
