LÖVBACKEN side table was launched in 1956 and was then called LÖVET. It was also one of the first products that you had to assemble yourself.
The veneered surface is durable, stain resistant and easy to keep clean.
The table can be moved across the floor without worry because the plastic feet protect against scratching.

Metal leg holders strip after normal useAlexanderAs mentioned in other reviews, the metal in the screw holes where the legs attach is inadequate. They strip after normal use and the table will not stand on its own. We've had this table for 1 1-2 years and all of the sudden it fell over. It tipped coffee and drinks all over our carpet and almost hit our cat. We've only used it as a coffee table and have not subjected it to anything abnormal. This is a manufacturing flaw in the product.

Nice little coffee tableRodWe needed a coffee table for a smallish mid-century couch. While a little taller than traditional coffee tables, this was a perfect fit and style. And we find that we like the extra height.
A Must-Have For All IKEA FansScottThis may be the coolest IKEA item ever.. The veneers are beautiful, the design is stunning, and the brass-trimmed feet round out this classic piece. I bought one last night, and after my mom saw it, we went back to the store today and bought another. Fits the end of the Kivik sofa perfectly.

It is the perfect height next to a Stressless recliner. I was concerned that the laminate top would look cheesy, but it looks neat and appropriate with a funky, 70s, or mod design style. It is reasonably sturdy and I like it alot. I bought two.
Interesting and well madeMelissaI saw this in the store and walked past it in a few display areas. It kept catching my eye. I liked the natural leaf look and the shape. The surface is roomy and the shape of it makes it convenient to place against a chair and wall, or between two chairs. I ended up buying it online and having it shipped. It’s one of my favorite tables. Easy to assemble, just screw on the legs. I plan to order a second one.

💖ShariSmall but mighty. Faux wood grain goes perfectly with my modern gray leather 360° spin recliners by hugging the wall behind them to hold the remote, drinks, etc. Love the shape. Put together with no tools in less than 3 minutes. (Took longer to unpack. 🤭)
