Top-tier components require power, especially when it comes to cutting-edge GPUs. NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU is fully unleashed with up to a max TGP of 150 W. ROG Intelligent Cooling allows critical components like the CPU and GPU to maintain higher boost frequencies for longer periods of time. It’s a complete system that utilizes features such as a liquid metal thermal compound on the CPU, four dedicated fan outlets to efficiently transfer heat out of the system, and more.

Strix SCAR 15 upgraded to Thermal Grizzly’s Conductonaut Extreme Liquid Metal on the CPU. An ultra-high performance thermal interface material, Conductonaut Extreme, can keep the CPU up to 14 °C cooler than traditional thermal pastes. Lower temperatures help processors sustain higher clock speeds for longer and helps limit how often the fans ramp up.

You can’t beat the enemy if you can’t see them coming. The 15” machine offers a QHD 240 Hz/3 ms display. Each IPS panel also offers fantastic color, Dolby Vision HDR, and Adaptive-Sync for a stellar gaming and viewing experience.

The 2.5G Ethernet port is not the only port in this storm. The dedicated GPU hosts an HDMI 2.1 port for the latest TVs and monitors, increasing total bandwidth from 18 to 48 Gbps, and supporting 8K 60 Hz content.
