Far too soft when delivered

Normally really enjoy this option but this time it was delivered by Ocado almost defrosted, as if itd been out of the freezer for an hour or so. Really dangerous so I have thrown it away.

flavourless

I was expecting great things but could not taste vanilla or clotted cream. Won't buy again or recommend - though I love their coffee flavour.
