Returns are not accepted.

Because the case is specially printed for you to fit your chosen phone model - returns are not accepted. Personalized products are non-returnable. As they are made to your personalization I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your item or it is faulty please get in touch and we will help as best we can.

If your order is returned to us by the courier because the shipping address you have provided is incomplete, incorrect or the package was refused you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs to have the package reshipped to a confirmed address.

All U.S., Canada, and South America orders are all shipped from the United States.

United Kingdom phone case and watchband orders are shipped from the UK.

European (France, Germany, Spain, etc) phone case and watchband orders are shipped from Europe, Italy to be exact. Meaning European orders should not have any customs fees.

Australian phone case and watchband orders ship from Australia.

Asia orders are shipped from the United States and may be subject to customs fees.

Please note: Airpod cases and ring holders are only shipped from the United States. If your order includes either of these products - please be aware that your whole order will be shipped from the United States and may incur additional customs fees.

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately via Etsy messages. Address changes can be applied no later than 12 hours after an order is placed, although it is not guaranteed.

We ask that you message us within 6 hours of placing an order to make any changes such as design, phone model, case finish. Once we receive your order we process it as soon as possible to provide you with a quicker turnaround time.

YES! Your case and watchband are covered by a lifetime warranty against fading, peeling, snapping, cracking, or any other manufacturing malfunctions that don't allow you to enjoy the product to the fullest. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear damage, such as scratches, burns, chews, or force-inflicted breaks due to falls. Contact our customer support with a photo of a qualifying issue to get a replacement in the same design, finish, and phone model. Refunds will only be given within 30 days after delivery has been made. Refunds will not be given after 30 days.

Our tortoise pattern phone and AirPod cases are a digital print embedded into the hard plastic shell of your case. It is not real tortoise acetate material nor a sticker.
