We had an old tushy bidet and wanted to try this new one. This new Tushy Wave looked like it would be better, but it isn't and it still wiggles on the toilet. The price being 4x more expensive is not warranted, and it doesn't function better than the old one. It's actually harder to clean. In addition to this, the item was marked as shipped and not received by the post office for 8 days. I asked customer service when it would ship, and didn't get a response to two of my emails over a week. After a week of waiting and nothing, I then went on to their chat, where I had to deal with AI for a while before finding an actual person to talk to. Tushy customer service then told me that the USPS was just holding on to the item for all of those 8 days, while USPS told me since it's not been marked as received at all. I am about 3 hours away from the original shipping point so this is really weird that they would lose the package for 8 whole days. They could've just said they didn't ship it yet instead of gaslighting me. It is not even worth the effort dealing with customer service especially with their returns process. Absolutely abysmal experience buying the Tushy Wave.
