Cotton Rich Longline Trench Coat

This trench coat is fabulous... I love wearing it. The sleeves are a little long for me, but I will alter myself. I bought a, size 12 and am very happy with the size.

On first impressions it's lovely (fabric, length, colour), but closer inspection show some flaws; the button hole is only on one side of the lapel so it looks odd that the button doesn't show when buttoned up; and the hem fabric hangs down so there's an issue with it not looking quite right; and the belt needs more reinforcement, it folds over when tied. For the price of this mac, I didn't expect to see these flaws

Beautiful stylish trench coat . I’ve looked at this coat for ages and tried other trench coat’s but this was the most stylish by far . Looks more expensive than it is .

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it and has been wearing nearly constantly since. It can be dressed up or down.

please make sure you check the hem of this coat thoroughly. It was only on my third order that I managed to get one with minimum hem 'droop'. It would appear that this is a problem with the stitching of the lining and no amount of pressing will get rid of this. I even went into Oxford Street branch and all 4 of the first ones on the rack, different sizing, had the same problem. It is such a shame that a premium Autograph item has such poor quality control. I have paid to have it fixed as quite frankly it is better looking and on trend than more expensive trench coats, but Head Office should take note - there's a limit to the quality/cost factor if customers have to rectify faults themselves.
