Love this machine.  My last Citiz lasted 11 years before it started leaking water around the capsules.

We have been using Nespresso since they first came out in the US mid 1990's.
We prefer the small European capsules. This machine will last a long time with proper
maintenance.... cleaning every few months due to our hard water. Love it!

Great coffee maker!

Even if this little machine didn't make a perfect espresso it is still cute on our countertop. The red is very pleasing, and somehow goes with everything even though it stands out. It does make a perfect espresso! I was first introduced to this brand while living in Australia, and cannot go back. It is such a treat to have a perfect espresso with some cream in thr morning. I love this machine.

I love this little guy. Fits perfectly on the countertop in a small kitchen. It looks great and works fantastic. It pours regular and long shots. I tend to always pour a long shot being it has more water in it. This machine is easy to clean! If you live somewhere with hard water, make sure Tom get their descaling solution and doing it every 6 months.

Bought this original Citiz Nespresso back in 2016 and it's still going strong!  I need to get a new frother but the machine itself is well made!

Item is of good quality - for plastic, was thinking it would have been metal like my KitchenAid pod machine, especially since it was $200 ish.  Glad I purchased the extended 3 yr warranty now.  Brews fast, easy to use, works with Nespresso and compatible pods. Size is compact, fits on the counter with ease. Made by Di'Longhi so it should last a good while. Hoping it will be easy to clean, haven't had it long enough to have to descale, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two decades with my original Essenza, it was starting to malfunction so I ordered the CitiZ.  It's a handsome machine with a modest footprint, good for a smaller urban kitchen with limited counterspace.  It has several thoughtful details like the two different heights so it's the only smaller Nespresso machine that accommodates bigger mugs.  I like that it automatically turns off (a newer feature from my 20-year-old Essenza) and the water tank can be filled without detaching it (ditto).  If you like Nespresso, this is a terrific machine.
