SO pleased with this purchase

I have many of the Le Creuset cookware and love them, so when I saw the dishes I knew I had to have them. I waited a long time to get these as they were on back order but once I received them I was so pleased all came in perfect condition. I ordered the Cerise such a beautiful color they hold a lot and they look so nice as your table setting, I even incorporated other colors for a more casual dinner, they hold up great in dishwasher and so durable I don't have to worry about the kids with them. I plan on ordering another set in a different coordinating color for summer fun...If your on the fence just get them you won't be sorry.

I would not buy this product again

Purchased place settings for 12+ in October for everyday use, but this dinnerware has to be treated SO carefully. It chips at the slightest bump. I've thrown away two salad plates, a dinner plate and a pasta bowl that were chipped after they were washed in the dishwasher. Not dishwasher safe unless you leave a space between each plate. Love the look but incredibly disappointed in the quality. I've had Edme by Wedgwood at another house for well over thirty years. No comparison on quality between the two.

The set is beautiful until you start using it… Scratches and chips very easily! We're careful with our dishes and at least 2 or more of every plate and bowl are chipped. NOT the quality I would expect from Le Creuset. Heartbroken that my set is horrible looking after such a short time.

Disappointed, metal marks are everywhere after a year

I was so excited when I got these. The white was a beautiful color that matched my new kitchen. But after a few uses I noticed the smallest touch by flatware left a metal mark. And now after a year of use, they are covered in gray marks. They look terrible.

Horrible Customer Service!

Ordered Nov 12, 2020 for a dish set that has never arrived. UPS said they delivered it but we never received the package. Investigation opened and closed by UPS stating they received no follow-up from ale Creuset. I've been trying to contact customer service for two weeks now to no avail.

I love my dishes, my first set of dishes was a gift from my children. I love them so much that I decided to give myself a second set. I order the second set of the same color but they were not the same the shade is a bit different. The product is fantastic. I am one very happy customer.

Great dinnerware, I was given a set for my wedding 7 years ago and they are like brand new. The dishes are strong and don't chip easily. Now I bought these because I wanted another color and they are nice.
