I use this set for everything. I recently remodeled my kitchen and have a Wolf Gas Range and was so excited to splurge on quality cookware to finally feel like a chef. However, I am not completely in love with these and honestly wish I didn't splurge on them. I am within the industry and understand that these are not non-stick, however, I believed with adequate olive oil/butter things like eggs wouldn't stick to my pans or noodles wouldn't get stuck on the bottom of the pot while boiling. They also discolor almost immediately which was disappointing. I don't use high heat and do NOT put them in the dishwasher. The exterior and interior of the pans I've used 5+ times are all different colors now and look awful. The pros-- they cook quickly and evenly. However, I don't think I would buy Le Creuset for this while there are other cheaper alternatives with similar performance.

Severely dissatified with this set. Upon first use of the pan it was completely dicolored and impossible to get clean. I pretreated with oil and used low to medium heat. There is no way anyone could use this set for any meal and it look the same afterwards. After one use it is the ugliest thing in my kitchen. That was the most expensive meal I have ever cooked because this set just went to goodwill. This was my first and last Le Creuset ever. Please save your money and time by not buying this item.

I have never owned a stainless steel set before. I got this one on Amazon (not the exact one it's missing the colander *sad face*) but it's awesome. I have never had a stainless steel set before and you're like me, you have to preheat your pan and then add oil in order for it to be non stick. I found a lot of these tips and tricks on TikTok just fyi. As long as you preheat these pans are a DREAM.

For the most part they are good. Tried to fry potatoes,and took me all night to clean the pan. They stuck like crazy.

THIS IS THE WORST STAINLESS SET. After a couple uses, everything sticks to it. When you finally (after hours) get the food unstuck, it leaves dull areas and your stainless is no longer stainless. This is pricey and should not do this. Save your money and do not purchase this set.

This adorable set is the perfect compliment to my expansive enameled cast iron collection. Of course, part of the joy is seeing those emblematic circles and the Le Creuset brand on those darling stainless steel lids. I opted for the Signature Collection out of pure vanity for this reason. I just like my pots to match and if that's what I want, who can argue? I decided I needed a small set to fill in around my enameled cast iron collection, and this did not disappoint in the least! Take the time to learn how easy it is to test stainless steel cookware prior to adding oil and food with simple water drop tests and the cookware is non-stick, just as Gourmet chefs know. Don't follow those instructions and I'll need to use some Bar Keepers Friend afterward to buff them back to Perfection. Even so, what's the big deal about a quick little scrub to return the pan to new condition? These should last us years. Thankfully, life has sweetened for me so that I can be present with my family as much as possible and am reveling and preparing three meals a day for my loved ones since the kids are homeschooled and I maintain an office at home. These have been perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch preparation, if for some bizarre reason I'm not using my enameled cast iron. That said, the set has been a go-to for my teenage and young adult kids who might feel a bit intimidated using enameled cast iron. The set gets daily use and I find the quality and ease of use to be excellent and worthy of the brand emblazoned upon it. Buy it. You won't be disappointed!
