Jones Road currently ships to the US (excluding Guam and the US Virgin Islands), Canada, the UK (including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, excluding Crown Dependencies), and to select EU countries including Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain.

US: Free standard shipping for orders over $85. For orders under $85, shipping is $8.95.

Canada: Free standard shipping for orders over $125 CAD. For orders under $125 CAD, shipping is $13 CAD.

UK: Free standard shipping for orders over £75 GBP. For orders under £75 GBP, shipping is calculated at checkout.

EU: Free standard shipping for orders over €85 EUR. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €7 EUR in Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €9 EUR in Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Slovak Republic.

For Canada orders over $125 CAD, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.

For UK orders over £135, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.

For EU orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are included in the pricing. No additional fees will be incurred upon delivery.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hi@jonesroadbeauty.com with tracking information.8
