Good bike for the entire body exercises

I went with this bike mainly do to the price and needed something to work the upper body as well.  In the summer months I normally ride 20 to 30 miles every week...  In the Pacific Northwest it's a little cold out during the winter months.  I'm using this to help stay in shape.
I had it for a few months now and have had NO problems with it!  The seat is comfortable too!
It's a good place to start if not your sure it's for you...
