Its nice, i live in baraks and use it daily, i charge it in my room over night, scooter around the sidewalks, the road, the trail, from baraks to all the way in locker room in the motorpool, sometimes to the px or when px close i go all the way to 24hrs gas station to buy beer, twisted tea and some snacks, and make it there and back full 15mph all the way and still have enough battery to do it again! Very nice and convinient, so glad i made this purchase

Yeah its worth it

Wow!   When I took It out of the box thinking its just an another regular Walmart scooter,  boy, was I wrong.  This thing is heavy and very well built.   Ride smooth and comfortable.  I got up to 15 mph and approximately 10 miles and still had 40% Battery left.  Although I bought it renewed,  visually they replaced all the wearable parts except the frame.  super easy to put together.  Im very happy with it.   The only thing is, out of the box I noticed a 2 inches crack on the bottom of the platform.

This scooter is probably the best one I’ve ever owned! When it arrived at my door it had less that 1 miles on it and no scratches or anything. I must say I’m very impressed with the 16MPH top speed as well as the impressive 28 mile range. The acceleration is Very powerful!! I’ve been riding it around for about a week now and I’m happy to say I love it! It’s so convenient for short travel around town! It’s also very fun to cruise around. I 100% recommended this Bird ES4-800 to anyone looking for a great way to get around town, or just to ride around for fun! Best scooter ever!!

It is completely not good at all. I only drive for two month, completely shut down for no reason, it is really hard to maintain. screw came off and when I tried to tighten and broken and hard to control the wheel. Moreover the diameter of the wheel is too small and when you ride it a bit rough roads, you feel it, some times the brake is so funny and so, some times hard to stop at the traffic lights....the best things on this bike are speed  and battery life but a lot of improvements need to be done 
 before you put it into the market.

Absolutely NO to buy it.

I received 3 of these scooters and only 1 of them worked.. the other 2 wont do anything, wont power on, wont charge, nothing!

2 out of 3 dont work

The scooter stopped working after 5 months of very light use.
The scooter crashes middle ride when the battery level reaches 50%. I felt middle of the road first time it happened.

Flimsy structure. Poor braking. Piece of junk.

Arrived today with the box previously opened and taped back shut. Big stapes were ripped out of the box and secured with packing tape. Front tire was dirty.  I put it together to find it was DOA. Battery had no bars and wouldn’t even start to charge. Customer service / tech support had me on hold the first call for 1/2 hour so I hung up. Called back a while later and a young lady answered. Options were to send it in for repair by the company that sent it out non functional and that would take 2 weeks or return it to Walmart. I’m taking it back to Walmart. 

These feel more “RECYCLED” than renewed. 

Almost like they bough a bunch of rental scooters and are piecing the functional parts together. The scooter looked good from 10ft. Get up close and you realize there are light scratches. Scratches on display that would not power on, the external battery plastic, anything plastic. 
The white Bird vinyl wrap stickers on the front were peeling up on the corners and I could see the original bird logo paint. 
They seem to have placed Black tape or vinyl  wrap over the helmet and safety recommendations sticker. Had a sticker on the bottom that looked like it was peeled off another scooter and stuck on it. 
Honestly if it would have functioned I would have kept it for the price. I don’t want to speculate on what it would cost to keep running after seeing what I received. 

If you do consider one, make sure you are home for delivery because it’s in a box saying what it is.

Dead on arrival

Don't buy this scooter! We had it for 1 month before it snapped in half while my son was riding it and he was almost killed! They are not made right, they are a death trap- read the reviews on the Bird website about this similar defect! Walmart did the right thing by refunding us , but Bird will take no resposibility for the poorly made scooter.
