Is this product safe enough for chin and lip area? I have some course hairs under my chin.

Hairs need to be at least .5mm for this to work.

It&#39;s up to the user preference. Just like regular tweezing or waxing or bleaching, etc. It depends on when you think you need to do it and if the hair is long enough for it to work well enough. There is no &quot;waiting period&quot; like when using chemicals or waxing on your face. It literally is a power tweezers pull the hairs out.

Where has this been all my life!!!!! At my age ,the chin hair was out of control. Using this
item, most of the hair is gone. Of course, I do need to tweeze for the stray hairs, but I have
no complaints. No more waxing for me, which was a hit or miss proposition considering
the burning, irritation and redness my face went thru.
Also there was no pain during the process, just a tugging when the hair was pulled out.

If you have dark stubborn facial hair to get rid of this is the product you need to use. I bought the NO!NO! system and hated it, used it for weeks and only managed to burn myself with the saps. I used this Remington EP1050 Smooth & Silky Facial Tweezer System for the first time and away went the tiny little hairs. Love it, so simple and way more affordable.

I love this product

I was so happy being able to get rid of my few whiskers that started growing as soon as I hit menopause.  These were easily gotten rid of iin a very short time.

Wow! This is my first time using and owning an epilator, and I thought it was going to be painful (at my mustache) but it wasn't at all for me??? Maybe I needed to press it down a bit more. I am shocked that with my low level of skill, it did a pretty good job. I did need to epilate several times over the same spot to remove most of the hair but I don't mind. I think it may be because I wasn't pressing down enough or I forgot to taut my skin. I'll need more practice to get better use of it. 

This epilator is so good and affordable! I totally recommend.

I have a neurological problem, and my hands can no longer squeeze manual tweezers.  I was at a loss, I had tried wax srips (no luck), shaving seemed to be the only option (which as you know only makes faster, thicker hair growth).  These are AWESOME, I have used them so much I ran 3 batteries down, but my face is soft & hairfree.  The price is great, I will buy another when needed.

I  Love These!

This is really nice, after I have been waxing most of my life. It leaves your skin soft after use. It does hurt a little when using it but you get use to it.  The hair does not grow back to fast. I wish I had known about this sooner. It is not to use on eyebrows, but can use on the rest of the face.

I really bought this because my Mom kept asking if I knew a way to get rid of the hair above her upper lip & chin. she was shaving but it grew back fast & clearly left her w/a noticeable stubble. Plucking was tedious, painful & took too long and she wasn't able to see the hairs too well & would often pinch her skin. A friend told me of the Remington epilator device. When she told me the price I was very skeptical but decided to try it anyway. I bought 2 (one for myself & if it worked well, I would give the other one to my Mom). I tried it out first and was surprisingly pleased. So easy to use & not so uncomfortable as I have heard. My Mom was VERY pleased too. Her face looked notably cleaner/clearer. The center above the upper lip may "make you sing a bit" Ha! Ha! But seriously- a GREAT product & you will be so pleased w/the results!

I bought this because I'm getting tired of waxing, which left me with pale patches where the hair was removed so if I don't get my entire face it looks a bit splotchy.  And my lack of experience when it comes waxing my face likely also contribute to this.  Tweezing one hair at a time was also getting tiring.  I had this for a week or so because I was a bit apprehensive about using it.  But yesterday I bit the bullet and tried it.  First make sure your have a clean face to avoid oily build up in and between the moving tweezers.  I have to admit having multiple hairs yanked out at once in this way is more painful than waxing, but not horribly so.   Because the skin around your lips is thinner and more sensitive, it's a bit more painful there.  Surprisingly it's more painful when the finer hairs are yanked out, but with the thicker hairs it feels more like a little thug.  It seems pretty self-explanatory, but as I was writing this review I decided to check the instruction pamphlet.  Going in a circular motion as it suggest makes the process less painful than the  up and down motion I was doing.  Also it's best to bold it so the power button is facing up instead of holding it like you would a razor.  Holding it with the power button facing up seems to allow for a better grasp of the hair.  I think with continued use I will either get use to the slight discomfort or it will lessen.   I wanted to try this out and see if I could handle the discomfort of using it before upgrading to something a little more expensive because my goal is to eventually try one for the body.

I have a lot of hair on my face. The first time was painful due to all the plucking. I did a little every day until my face was smooth.  Weeks later, I'm still smooth. The hair doesn't come back all at once, so it's not as bad as I thought it would be to keep up. I am no longer ashamed to go out in public. I feel beautiful again.

This only removes fine, light hairs. Will not remove dark, coarse hairs. Bought this hoping to reduce tweezing time, but still have to tweeze to remove all the hairs this will not get, even after going over the same spot 5-6 times. At least it was cheap, but it really isn't worth it.
