First, this game is hysterical. It comes with small and large mouthpieces, so decide which is most comfortable. As a female adult, the large hurt my mouth, so I switche to the smaller mouthpiece and it was fine. This game is hysterical, we laughed so hard playing this with family and friends. Some of the cards seemed mildly inappropriate for kids, so we just skipped those cards. Otherwise, enjoy a wacky and laughter filled evening with this game!
