Q: Ok so if I want the Sprint plan for 15.00 and I have to pay for the carriers payment how much would I be paying a month?? Please answer quick on the hunt for a new phone asap!! Thanks

A: I reluctantly just switched from having pre-paid for years and I’m sorry I did. I’m actually sorry I got the XR because I don’t like the face recognition. Anyway, I was missed lead from the sales rep at Best Buy. I’m pretty disgusted going from $50 a month (paying every 30 days) to SPRINT $99.00 including $15 for the phone. To top it off my bill was due in less than three weeks!

Q: If the phone won’t work in our area will sprint let us out of the contract

A: I had the same issue years ago. 2 things. I had no signal at my home. I called, complained about the lack of signal at my home, and Sprint set me up with a free Cellular booster that feeds off the internet and boosts signal. Only catch is that is has to be plugged into the internet at all times. Second, you can use iPhone’s WiFi calling feature....of course you need WiFi. Other than that, if the area outside of your home has no signal, then switching carriers may be an option. Although, you shouldn’t be in a contract nowadays, carriers did away with that years ago I thought. The only real hitch to your carrier is your phones. You just have to pay off the phones prior to leaving any carrier. Hope this helps. Yankee Fan down south.

Q: Can i change it to a different server like boost mobile?

A: No, you cannot change it to a different server/carrier such as Boost mobile.

Q: If I’m with boost mobile can I keep my same number and stuff with a sprint iPhone?

A: Yes, you’ll have to get your phone unlocked first! You can get it unlocked through sprint free if the phone is paid off. Then ask your provider if you can keep the same number.

Q: How does this change a contract by doing an upgrade?

A: No contract change. I have unlimited data and text and only extra charge besides activation was the payments for the phone.

Q: How can I set up up my iPhone with service on my own? or do I need a worker to set it up for me?

A: The store should set it up, but if it goes wrong, please contact Number Porting Center on 855-641-1960. Hours of operation: Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
