i received this in my walmart beauty box and thought that it was only half full but i guess that is the way everyones came... it does hydrate your skin well and leaves it soft just wish there was a little more to try

This is probably my absolute favorite product in my house. We put it on chapped lips, burns, scratches, and my 17-year-old even uses it in her skincare routine. It is one of the most versatile products and this one container has lasted about a year. It's hands-down the most effective products that my kids will actually let me use on them without a fight.

I had knee surgery and the anesthesia/nerve block caused my skin to dry up. Nothing was working, even pure Vaseline. My therapist recommended CeraVe in the blue jar. Absolutely amazing!! The dry peeling skin is gone and my legs are smooth and soft. I use it after showering!

Awesome Product

This is my absolute favorite ointment for my son's rash! He also likes to scratch himself and they heal pretty good. It's gentle on him it's non greasy and effective! No scent

Bye rash

I have Primary Lymphedema which means I was born with it. Some of the skin on one of my legs is very dry and damaged. Recommended lotions and creams are beginning not to work well at all. I decided to try this ointment. The damaged skin felt so smooth the first day. Right now my skin literally drinks this ointment and it's still dry. However, it still feels so much better than before. I found something that works and I can tell my skin will continue to get better. Thanks so much.

I was lucky to receive the advanced repair ointment from the cerave community (uk) in exchange for an honest review,  this ointment is brilliant for dry areas knees and elbows, this has become my home essential product its also very good for dry skin spots and on the lips , such a good product ,skin feels smoothe too I would recommend

This is my third tube and I really cannot get enough. I tried the jar but I prefer being able to squeeze it out of a tube as I find it more hygienic and efficient. I put this literally everywhere; on my lips, cracked elbows and heels. I use it underneath my eyes at night as a “seal” for my skincare. Although it might not be super different from Vaseline, I find myself reaching for this every night as opposed to other petroleum products.

Very Convenient and Easy to Use

I've been using this product for a month now and my skin has really been improving. I slug my face with it every night before bed and I've saw the effectiveness. The texture puts me in the mind of “milk hydro grip” which is a nice sensation in my opinion. The scent isn't strong at all. For the money you are paying it's worth it if you want clear skin. In the video provided is my skin recently. I recommend this product for anyone looking to make a difference within their skin routine.

Beauty hacks

a little Vaseline-ish , would prefer a stick to carry in pocket plus a stick is more convenient. Overall a descent product.

This scent-free ointment is nice and thick, but in terms of effectiveness it's just okay. I generally really like CeraVe products, but this healing ointment isn't very long lasting and doesn't give me great results. I had expectations that it would heal, hydrate, and make my skin soft, but honestly, I see no difference.

Okay product, but not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CeraVe Healing ointment honestly hasn't been my most favorite product. I did notice a slight difference in my skin after using a few times, however it's not something I will continue using. It was a little bit greasy feeling and I only liked having it on my skin if I was going to sleep and wasn't going to be touching anything. It didn't help that much with my skin feeling hydrated, probably because the ingredients are more barrier inducing than hydrating. I didn't really have a favorite thing about this product. It was not super easy to incorporate into my routine because of the greasiness that I felt on my skin. I am very particular when it comes to skin products, their ingredients and how they look and feel on my skin. This isn't something I will be restocking in the future. I was given this healing ointment to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
