I absolutely love the product and use it almost every day. It has been a huge help with my tight muscles and sore muscles. I've had a lot of other products in this seems to help the best.
The quality of it is very good.
I would recommend it to anyone I needed this type of therapeutic modality .

This is the 5th one I have ordered for family. So much better than anything else that is out there to be able to get the shoulders and back at the same time.

This unit is small for a larger framed person.
It does work well. The high setting %234 gets HOT. I would not put it on that setting. My daughter had warned me about that. I however did place it on %234 setting. Asa result I did burn my skin creating a large blister. Needless to say I learned my lesson!

Pain Relief

This is the second one we bought. First one quit heating from the controller and we discarded the information early. Come to find out the company has a warranty policy and they offer help when this occurs. We kept the information this time. 
Shopped around and Walmart had the best price on it along with the free shipping l get w/Walmart Plus. Could not beat the deal. Thank you!

Love it

I am loving my new heating pad. My old one was just a sheet that would constantly fall off my back and neck. I would only use my old one while laying down. With this XL pad I can heat my neck and lower back at the same time. I love that I can use it sitting at my desk while working. I love that the belt is removable and it is made with quality Velcro. It's not that old Velcro that sticks to basically everything. Another great thing is the magnet that connects at the neck. It helps the pad reach all the right places. It's super soft and the fresh out of the box smell is not gross or overpowering. I love that it comes with a little case for easy transportation to and from the office. 5 year warranty is also a bonus. Love that pure relief guarantees their products for that long. Not many companies do that. I totally recommend this heating pad. I'm addicted!

Perfect!

Most heating pads are tiny and only impact a small area. The XL heats the entire back and neck, providing relief over a large area. For those with chronic pain this can be a game changer, as it has been for a member of our family.

Bigger is better!

I love how it's warm around my neck.
For me I love it, it works.
But….
  I'm a frame lady, so it works for me but I was going to buy one for one of my sisters who is almost 200 pounds . I didn't because it wouldn't fit her waist.  It wound be great if they come also for all sizes, because the belt will only fit as large as maybe 150 lbs.

Awesome luxurious heating pad

Very warm with 4 temperatures. However, when I disconnected the pad from the cord, the plastic connector fell out my hand and hit the floor, breaking off one of the points. This affects functioning unless I leave it plugged in. I have been able to get it to work by replugging it in, but it seems to be cheap/fragile plastic, and is a bit of a hassle. I hope it continues to be workable.

My Father got this as a holiday gift from a relative. What a wonderful find and thoughtful gift that checks so many boxes. The design allows for someone with limited mobility to not continuously have to dig a heating pad up from sliding down their back. The plush cover adds to the cozy warmth. The temperature control maintains the heat without extreme swings in level as some products do. Even the design of the plug for the power on the pad has a positive locking connector but is thin and smooth minimizing any awareness it is even there. Since he is almost always cold this one thing makes the biggest difference in his daily comfort while so much of his time is spent in his recliner chair.
